Sepracor Canada Ltd. Addition and Renovation, Windsor, Nova Scotia

Sepracor Canada Ltd. is a fully integrated, research-based specialty pharmaceutical company involved in commercializing pharmaceutical products for the Canadian market. Its Canadian subsidiary, Sepracor Canada Ltd., located in Windsor, Nova Scotia, approximately 66 km north of Halifax, undertook a major expansion to meet growing market requirements. The expansion consisted of a two storey 10,500 square foot addition to the existing Sepracor Canada Ltd. offices and manufacturing plant. In association with PharmEng Technology, Calnitsky Associates Architects provided complete architectural services including overall architectural design and preparation of contract documents, interior design services, and contract administration throughout construction.
