This 11-storey downtown hotel is located across from TCU Place at the corner of 22nd Avenue and Pacific Avenue in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. The hotel features 159 suites and guest rooms, indoor parking for 150, a restaurant and lounge, kitchen, meeting and banquet facilities, as well as an indoor pool and fitness centre located on the main floor. Calnitsky Associates Architects Inc. was the Prime Consultant for the project and was responsible for co-ordination of the Structural, Mechanical, Electrical and Civil Engineering Consultants.
