Drumheller Medium Security Housing Unit

This site adapt project involves the construction of a new 2882m2, 2 storey (31,021 sq. ft.) 96 bed medium security housing unit. The project is based on existing as-built drawings and specifications for a housing unit recently constructed at the Collins Bay Institution, ON. The existing drawings and specifications were modified to suit the site requirements and conditions of the Drumheller Institution, Drumheller, AB, meet updated and local code requirements and incorporate Client initiated revisions.
